Hi, could you please tell me what happened to you in the casino and why you don't have your money ? Did the casino take it or what ? Did they have a reason ?
Please let me know your situation and we will see if we can help you.
Hi Jaro, Yeah I've tried withdrawing various amounts from $1k-$4k waiting a week at most. the management team always says that finance team is on it but they are just laughing in the back. right now i've got a small $1.5K withdrawal that i just redid a day or two ago and it's still pending. it's not going to go through. i'm not dumb. good thing is though, this loss of $ has no bearing on my wellbeing.
The owners of Heybets have ran a previous casino scam called "Gambling Apes". The owners names are Marcel and Noah. We are now the victims of their newest scam. Casinoguru please look into this. You need to be harder on this scam of a casino, you are just letting them scam us and you just tell us there’s nothing you can do. You still have lots of influence and power, you need to step up for us players that are being unjustly scammed. There should be big legal action against these people coming up soon. My withdrawal of 14k has still been pending for 2 months and everyone else is in the same boat.
I fully agree with the concerns raised. I've meticulously complied with every single procedure they've requested. Now, their latest demand - a letter to be sent to my address - is clearly nothing more than a desperate, last-ditch effort to avoid payment. All their previous excuses and delays have failed, so they're resorting to this transparent tactic. I'm firmly convinced this is just another ploy to withhold my rightful funds.

I understand, I would like to point out that we give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawals. What's worse is that the casino has a pretty low safety index and doesn't handle them that well. That wouldn't give me much hope of actually getting the money. As for the previous withdrawals, you didn't get them either ?
I would like to say that we have a Complaint Resolution Centre where we would try to help although I don't know what the outcome would be. It would all depend on the case and the cooperation of the casino.
Do you think you would go for it if you don't get your money ?

Well, I think we are doing enough just by displaying the casino's safety index, which is quite low. We don't have the possibility to enter into any legal action of players against casinos, because we don't have lawyers and we are not lawyers ourselves. We try to help as much as we can, but we can't get involved in this kind of thing.
However, I see that you are still dealing with your complaint and it is not closed. But from what I have read, you will obviously have to wait for a result from the regulator to whom you have written. Didn't you get something that would have been suitable for Branislav, I mean an answer? If so, feel free to mention to him what is needed here.
I hope this will all be sorted out fairly.

I see you're in the same boat. Apparently the casino has stopped communicating, as it does not give further information to the complaint or to our resolvers. It's sad if it ends up like this and turns out badly. I don't know if I would wait for the casino to reply or send me something, but I guess I will be wrong and it will turn out better than I expect.
I have also recently won around $2,600. Didn’t think they’d stoop this low but when I started doing a little bit of research online it is CLEAR. This is a pattern. I reached out via live chat on the 26th. They replied and sugar coated me on the 26th, aaaand that was the last time I’ve heard from them.
Raised multiple live chat tickets with the agents status being displayed online, some even leaving me on seen.
2 emails sent out aswell. No reply. They have not asked for ID or anything yet, but I have already lost the hopes of getting my money.
Cannot even withdraw $1 without administration confirmation. Obviously they’ve locked my account.
All I can do is hope that I am not their next victim. If I do not get my money soon I will 100% be reaching out to one of my lawyers to see what we can do.
$2,600 is PETTY MONEY! How can you serve such a terrible user experience?
I canceled the previous withdrawals and was trying to do anything from $200-upward given I had made a withdrawal in the past (under $1000) without authorization. I will leave my current withdrawal request 14 days+ but i think it won't get paid out. I am not worried about it so I don't think I will do a complaint resolution centre request. The money is negligible to my lifestyle. Appreciate your responses Jaro. Caveat Emptor!

If you are interested, you can file a complaint with us, because if the casino does not resolve it, its safety index will go down even further. So that players have an idea where they are depositing. I'm afraid I wouldn't be so positive right now because more and more players are coming in with this problem. Especially when they start ignoring you and you don't know what's going on and there's no reason why they don't want to pay you money.
So what are you going to do ?

Thank you for your reply.
But here I would say that maybe it's not that this money is not important to you. However, like I mentioned in my previous post, if the casino doesn't address the situation, it will get black points and the safety index will be lowered. If casinos have this form of taking care of the players, it would be nice for the players to be able to see such things as well.
They have responded to me in the meantime. Asked for KYC which I will comply with, still not much hope that I will actually get my money though, fingers crossed to everyone else in the same/a similar situation too.
So I am curious if you will be able to pass it successfully and if you will get the money. Be sure to update us then please.
Good luck. ☘️
They’re just completely ghosting me, I’m not receiving this money LOL. No replies on mail, no replies on live support (I think I’ve raised like 20 tickets so obviously its intentional). I bet they’re going to wait anther week and then ask me for a selfie holding a pink dildo with my id balancing on my head
Is it not ILLEGAL for them to operate woth an expired license? The BC GAMING license they have at the bottom of their page stopped providing services a month ago. It clearly states on their website that any use of their logo/license after August 18th (i think) is illegal.
Hello,
There are many decent yet completely unlicensed casinos in the world. For this moment, though, I prefer to keep the legality aside and focus on the subject of your utmost importance: What restrains you from filing the complaint with us? As I see Jaro suggested that to you a week or so ago.
I think it would be best to focus on possible solution rather than just writing posts. Consider that, please; this guide should come handy 👈
