Now the issue- it hasn’t been 2 weeks since my initial withdrawal request. It’s been 11 days exactly although they have ignored every single one of my live chat tickets and emails regarding this matter. Picture of ID and some bill documents submitted many days ago. Do I raise a complaint now or do I wait for the 14 days to be over? Also, to mention, the initial withdrawal was cancelled because I tried withdrawing different amounts multiple times. The account is locked though and no withdrawals/tips will go through without "admin confirmation". And not to mention the score they have on here… I doubt they give a f*ck.

If you feel that it is going nowhere, surely do not hesitate to file a complaint anytime. It is right that we give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the withdrawal, but you can file it at any time, and our complaint team will inform you about any further developments.

Romi how much does a lawyer cost? We can gather all those who want and take proper legal action, they've been fooling me for 3 months, or let me know the full names of the owners so we can find another way...

Hi, I don't know how much a lawyer costs, you would have to contact one to know what to expect. 

As for contacts, we don't publish them, but I think some things can be found on the internet. Anyway, we don't have the full names of the owners. 😕

It's certainly not something I would want to experience myself. This is not how casinos should be run and I'm really curious to see where it goes. I would be happy if the situation had a positive outcome but I will not jump the gun and wait to see how it ends.

Hi everyone. I am with you guys, i have been waiting for withdrawal for a 1.5 years and still ignoring. Can you imagine?

But now i found casino guru and heybets just responded that I disappeared and the withdrawal was cancelled. but I sent them all the documents, they ignored me and the withdrawal is not canceled and has been hanging since the beginning of the year

To tell you the truth, all this seems to me like big misunderstanding between you and the casino. Especially if they say that you have been unresponsive and you say the same about them.

What actually comes to mind is that sometimes the emails from online casinos finish in the spam folder of the emails. Maybe this could also be the case.🤔

Do you get my meaning?

I just hope that now, after submitting your complaint, where the casino has responded and our team members are working hard to get it solved, everything will be explained.🤞

Of course i checked spam and all resources because you can imagine how neccessary this money for me being from Ukraine.

You are my last hope to see my money! I am gratefull that you help me and heybets answered, that gives me another hope. By the way, i will reply all the communication to your coleague and he would check everything by himself.

I have been waiting for more than 1.5 year and believe that this new case will be solved much faster

Hopefully we'll really be able to help; just please keep in mind that online gambling should be taken as a hobby and nothing more. And therefore you should not rely on the winnings from it at all.
