Hey there.

May I suggest switching the language, perhaps? It may be worth trying to write in your original or mother language instead, to avoid another misunderstanding. This whole debate is pointless and has nothing to do with gambling, it became a personal topic, which I'm not interested in.

Have a good one!

English works perfect for me and everything I wrote is perfectly clear Radka. I agree, enjoy your day!

I have been lucky enough to have won twice so far, 1800-2k. First payout after 5 working days. This time I feel like I've been ripped off. I applied on March 26th and nothing is happening. Support no help, just a standard answer. I will not wait any longer for stock like on Monday evening when I complain.

Hi, did the casino say any specific reason why you don't have your money yet ? I assume you already had a verified account here when you withdrew in the past. What seems to be the problem ?

We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, so if they don't, you can file a complaint with us and we'll see what we can do.

If by any chance something changes, let us know.

Yes, I am fully verified. I am not given a reason. It is simply not being processed. Tomorrow it will be 14 days. They still expect me to be patient. But I guess that is whether I cancel the withdrawal and continue playing. Which I certainly will not do

This guy who runs it is not legit and a scammer. File a complaint with Curaçao Gaming Authority and they will hopefully make him pay up, it might take some time though. Bother him with it, get personal and let him know whats up. We cant let bugs like this little theif steal our money.

Hey. Just saw your complaint and read the update about you receiving the money, finally. So congratulation. Did it take more than 14 days at the end, and have you find out what was the reason for this delay?

Been with goldwin maybe 12 months, but never really played.

Anyway, I've won $50000 plus, at $2000 week max withdraw will take 8 months to receive. Casino guru review page says $5000pw or 20000 month. That's wrong it seems.

How long I too long? Ooopps, now I'm up to $76000, that's 9 Months.

Congratulations on your win! Have you got any other information for us about the maximum withdrawal, perhaps? We are always glad if we can get any news from the players.

Yea, after what could have been a difficult verification process we now wait for a withdrawl to process. Bet they are waiting for me to pump it all back in. Still, the $2000 a week limit is a bit of a joke.

Hopefully, you will be able to withdraw the money without any problems. Please keep us informed about the process.

Nope, as expected. After verification was done, I had two withdrawl options, crypto or bank depisit. I chose crypto. Week later it was rejected claiming technical issue. No warning, no explanation. Then told to use bank withdrawl option. Told I had been placed at end of cue because I'd canceled previous withdrawl. Yea, that's right, they stuff it up, then penalise me for resubmitting withdrawl. Did the withdrawl to bank thing, then I was asked to provide bank statements.

I refused, stating that I had provided more than sufficient documentation, and by providing them bank details would give casino the ability to access my bank saving considering all the verification documents I'd already provided. Put simply, it's a security risk.

Either way, they are stalling, making excuses and demanding information they are not entitled. I deposited with cashtocode , so why do they demand banking details. Deposits made with wallets, under their terms withdrawls should go into a wallet Or into the method used for depositing.

Look, I had a feeling this casino was a risk when I joined. And sure, I could just provide the bank details. But I won't be doing that.

What is my recourse? Watch this space. I've been down this track with couple casinos. They all eventually pay should their card processors stop clearing or accepting deposits or fund transfers. . Regulators now accept and act on disputes. Wasn't long ago they did stuff all. Its just a pain in the ass. And a time waster. But that's what they rely on. They rely on players giving up.

Hi, in this whole situation of yours, I thought I would advise you to file a complaint with us if you have a problem like this.

However, you will probably need to work with the casino to verify the additional document if you can only withdraw by bank transfer. The alternative is probably to wait until the technical problems with the crypto are resolved and try to withdraw using it again.

It's strange if you had to wait quite a long time to authenticate and now you're having trouble again.

So what are your next steps ?

This is 3rd time I've received the below. Each time another excuse.

.........................

Please be advised that your withdrawal has failed due to technical

reasons and the amount has been placed back into your balance.

Kindly initiate a new withdrawal and we will process it as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused.

Kind regards,

Finance team

Hmm, that's why I mentioned the complaint in my previous reply. We give casinos 14 days to sort out anything necessary, whether around withdrawal or KYC, and send the player the money. Since this has not happened in your case, I would not wait any longer and our team will try to help you if you are interested.

Just click on this link to open a complaint

I would say that if it's still a different reason and you can't make a withdrawal then that would be a sensible step.

What do you think ?

Finally. Withdraw complete.

That's great. Have you actually learned what the reason for delaying was?🤔

I'd say the same reason many casinos provide slow withdrawls. They hope you play back what you win. Longer they take to process ,the more likely players are to put it all back in. It's actually part of many casinos business model. It's especially prominent on new players who win early after first joining. That's a casinos pet hate.

Oh, just to note. After all the mucking around, they no longer provide Netent games. That was the main reason I joined. They now have quickspin and playtech games, but can't be played in my region. Gotta laugh.
