The casino has unresolved complaints, almost exclusively negative reviews, and unfair terms and conditions according to the CG. I had a few problems here, too, but I always paid out in the end. Unfortunately, the casino has now decided to act dubiously and simply didn't credit my last deposit, even though it was paid by Jeton. I sent transaction receipts to the chat and filed a complaint with AskGambler, but nothing helped – the casino doesn't respond to complaints, and my money was stolen. Anyone who deposits here unfortunately only has themselves to blame. Since I have evidence that the casino operator is based in Germany, I will try filing a criminal complaint, but I have withdrawn my money.

If u are an Australian player do not play here. They will entice you with emails detailing welcome offers and deposit bonuses that will seem generous, but in reality are fraudulent means to obtain your money. In my personal experience upon making a deposit I found myself able to play only a limited number of games from 1 provider, although many of the providers advertised on the site have no restrictions in Australia. I complained and got zero relevant help. I tried to play the free spins and although they were on a game offered by the 1 provider accessible to me everytime I attempted to open the game it simply froze. When told, the customer service rep implied I was lying although I sent the relative screenshots through. How Goldwin could attempt to justify themselves as anything other than complete scam is beyond my powers of comprehension.
