I HAD A FEELING THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. SEE BELOW. THEY ARE SAYING I BROKE A RULE OF BETTING 60 DOLLARS ON A GAME CALLED WIZARDS. I DID NOT MAKE NAY BETS OVER 25 DOLLARS Then they said I made it with the bonus buying, which allows you to buy a bonus, but when you click on that it asks you, do you want to spend, $$$ yes or no? Not how much do you want to bet?

They are lying to me. I asked for my game panels they are not sending them to me.

Every game every spin you make has a picture of the game panel and shows what the outcome was. They just don't want to pay out

However, when you say that there was no violation of the rules on your part, filing a complaint was the right thing to do in this case. Let's see where our team gets to and how the case is eventually resolved.

it was not my bet size in the game. It's the bonus buy in a player can activate. It's there on the game screen as an option. Every player wants a bonus round. A chance to win a lot. I never played at a casino that doesn't let you have a bonus round. Until I met Drake Casino.. In fact the standard bonus round In all their games hardly comes up probably due to controlled game play.

This game Wizards jackpots had the option to buy into the bonus round. This is where they get their players to become instant losers because they say it breached their Terms & Conditions. This casino is a scamming casino.

I just found out that they are not licensed and they are blacklisted on ask gamblers.com

My bet is $2 look at the left bottom corner. The cost to play this bonus round is 60. The 60 is not the bet size. Drake says it is. Look at this photo. The cost of the bonus round 60 is based on my bet size of 2 dollars. See bottom left . If I bet $3 the cost will be 90. If I bet $300 the cost to play this bonus round will be 9000.

DRAKE SHOULD DISABLE ALL BONUS BUY INS SO PLAYERS DON'T GET SCAMMED AND LOSE THEIR WINNINGS.

As for the bet, I see from the screenshot that it is $2. In this case I don't understand how it is possible that the casino accuses you of a $60 bet, because it doesn't make any sense to me. 🤔

I also find this quite strange and therefore the most important thing now is to be patient and wait and see how your open complaint develops. I hope that this misunderstanding will be resolved and that you will get your money. If you have any update let us know.

I believe they are also saying that game feature rounds are unacceptable. The feature free spin round is part of the game. Every slot game made has this built into it by the software manufacturer. Every player wants the slot to hit a bonus feature round. It's a chance to make a good amount of winnings. So Drake puts out bonuses/coupons @ 50x wagering and the player can only bet on the game up to $25.

Indeed, I see it all clearly and distinctly. That's why it's good that you have filed a complaint, because our team will evaluate the situation and try to treat it fairly. 

Moreover, I have already indicated that I don't really understand why the casino is talking about $60 when I can clearly see $2. But I believe that everything will be explained and everything will turn out well in the end. For now, just be a little patient and keep a cool head, even though I know it's not easy.

Maybe they don't understand what the bonus buy in is. Maybe since the number 60 is standing out they think its the bet size. Maybe they cannot see the small $2.00 bet at the bottom or maybe they just don't care and they just do not want to pay me the $4466.00. That's a lot of money to me but pennies to them. This is my last battle. I will end this online gambling for good. Its not worth the stress and aggravation. Lets look at the bonus buy in at a $60 bet size. They don't have $60 so I will show you a photo of $50 bet size. It will cost the player $1500.00 to play the bonus round. My defense rests!

Clearly I understand what you wrote and as I said I don't understand the casino's attitude. However, if there was just a mistake, I believe that it will be solved and I hope that you will get your money. 

However, it is necessary to wait how the situation will develop further. I don't want to jump to conclusions and I will wait for the complaint you have filed.

As for you quitting after this case is resolved, I don't blame you. It's true that sometimes a person deals with more problems than he enjoys playing in the casino. So I commend your decision.

Looking at the complaint page of Drake casino, it seems like there was another situation just like mine with the buyin bonus about 4 months ago. I believe it's not clear in their terms and conditions what exactly they are referring to. I don't understand why can't they? When someone takes a bonus match with a deposit block the bonus buy in out so it doesn't function like they can do with a game that you are not allowed to play with the bonus match. I believe they purposely leave Bonus Buy In active so as soon as a player clicks on it they lose instantly.

If they were a fair casino in their t and c's, they would say no bonus buy ins allowed.

I'm sorry how everything turned out in the end, and that we couldn't help more. Of course, it would certainly be helpful if things like this were clearly written and explained. But that is obviously not the case here. 

However, I firmly believe that you will not come across a similar situation again because it is certainly not pleasant. From what you have written, you obviously don't want much to do with casinos anymore. I hope you will do well. 

Jaro. First I am going to close my account with Drake and Vipslots. Then I will decide if I am going to keep on doing this online gambling. I recently just won twice within 3 weeks of each other on 2 other casinos a lot more then my loss at Drake. They have a very high rating without any hidden rules. No Max bet limits.

I completely understand your decision. When something doesn't sit well with you, it's best to leave it at that. 

However, I am glad to see that you have managed to record some significant wins in other casinos and I will be glad if similar problems do not occur.
