I don't play in that casino anymore, I paid and got their 300% bonus and 150 free spins and when I started playing with my €25 and lost everything, then I wanted to activate the €75 bonus I had, and that bonus and 150 bonus there were no more turns. I contact the agent and he tells me that I would have to play immediately with that bonus. Hello, where we live, there are only two types of bonuses, sticky and non-sticky, what is wrong with them? And so they took everything from me. Don't play there, their terms are from Mars, when you read the bonus terms nothing says as they say

Hello,

I just wanted to make sure you had activated the bonus in your account as suggested, had you? To me, it seems that the bonus is not applied automatically, the agent's answer also seems like you'd missed this step.

Kindly check the basics here:

"Activate bonus in your casino account"

There are not just two types of bouses, I dare to say, but I got your point.

I didn't take the free spins, I directly deposited the money and got a bonus of 300% and 150 bonus spins

Well,

we got the information, that those deposit bonuses must be activated:

file

Okay, so you deposited, and got these bonuses automatically, it seems that this casino separates bonus money from real balance, so you can choose if you want to play free spins, bonus money, or real cash, am I right?

I must say it sounds a bit complicated.

I don't play there anymore, because it's really stupid, if anyone understands that, then I'm a god 🙂

I understand your point.

The sad thing is, that the support should explain what went wrong in a way the players can understand.

I feel that this was not achieved.

They already know what they are doing for their own good, good thing I didn't invest a few hundred or thousands of €

If you don't like playing there - for any reason, then yes - for sure.

Feel free to recommend any casino you like, for a change, you can even start your own thread about it.

Controlled game play. I have experienced this everyday this week. When I first deposit and start playing any slot they payback ok based on your bet but when you start winning then they all die out like someone clicked a switch on my account which reverts to house only.

I have been with this group of casinos on and off for years. I never won all loses. Figured I would give it another shot..so far a mistake.

I won't last too much longer here

I manage to win almost $3800 off of a $30 deposit with 300% bonus with an insane play through after staying up until midnight, several hours of playing and the wife was getting pissed until she realized I won. I deposited with bitcoin but they are making me do Wire transfer because I used a card to deposit a couple months ago. They told me 48 hrs to process and this is day 2 and I contacted them and they said they will review my withdrawal tomorrow. Slightly sketchy in my opinion and I had a bad experience with their sister casino Gossip I won $1200 off of their free $5 welcome bonus, met Play through requirements and they confiscated all but $100. So anyways I am eager to get the money and still a little concerned.

Hi I moved your post under a specific casino. I assume that you have used the bonus that we have on the site here: https://casino.guru/Drake-Casino-review#tab=js-tab-bonuses am I right? If so I noticed that the maximum cashout is unlimited.

As for your withdrawal, of course if the casino gives you a deadline it is unpleasant to wait longer. However, I think it's not that much when it's only 2 days and I would try to give the casino some more time to solve and verify your request. I would certainly remind myself from time to time if the casino would not let me know the progress.

Anyway, do you think you could handle it and still be patient? I would like to point out that we give the casino 14 days to resolve the withdrawal. I hope everything will be fine and you will get your money. Be sure to let us know if you hear the result of the withdrawal check. Good luck.

Dear Daniel,

Thank you for being a client at Drakecasino.eu.

We noticed that you have requested a withdrawal. However, when we

reviewed your game play we noticed that you broke the max bet rule in

session 16803079 where you have placed a $73.50 bet. The max bet rule

states: All bonuses have a minimum dollar value of wagers that must be

reached before you will be permitted to withdraw. This is referred to as

the "wagering requirement". Unless stated otherwise, when playing with

bonus money, you may not wager more than $25 per spin in order to clear

your Wagering Requirement.

You can see the rule here: https://www.drakecasino.eu/promotionrules

We have made an adjustment to your account balance and the fulfilled

rollover. Both of them were returned to the moment you broke the rule.

You will be able to request a new withdrawal once you fulfill the

rollover points. Keep this max bet rule in mind while wagering with

bonus funds in the future.

If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us at any time.

Kind regards,

Eric

I played there and all I did was lose. Dead beat slots. I must have lost 2K in a couple of months. Usually these types of games have no bet limits. This casino apparently does have that rule in affect. $25 max bet to me is enough to win something decent. I never bet that much ever. RTG casinos have a max bet rule of $10 when you use a match bonus and I have won 10K on that. Did you win big on that spin? If you would have notified them immediately after you placed that size bet and didn't win anything I'm sure they would have let it go. Then again I never won at Drake. This has happened to me at another place with the old school slots rtg platform. The max bet button was right next to the spin button. Now they updated it where if you hit max bet it only changes the bet size but doesn't let the reels spin. I forgot the name of the casino but they let me pass on that.

I wish you luck on this one.

Hello.

This is unfortunate, but since the casino adjusted the rollover instead of voiding your winnings, I'd say this is quite a better option.

Mind our approach toward the max bet rule:

"In an ideal case scenario, casinos should enforce their maximum bet rules at software level and therefore not allow players to place higher than allowed bets. This effectively removes all player complaints related to the max bet rule, as players simply can't break the rule.

If enforcing max bets is not possible because the casino runs on third-party software that doesn't support them (or for any other reason), the casino should carefully judge each case separately. Some players may break the rule on accident, e.g., by clicking the 'Max Bet' button on a slot machine by mistake. It is unfair to punish them for this, especially if they didn't win anything in the game rounds with over-the-top bet sizes."

This is provided in the Casino Guru Fair Gambling Codex which we apply to player's complaints, for instance.

Can you mention how exactly this particular rule is presented by the casino?

I believe this would be helpful. 🤔

They left me with a $100 from $3800. This was not better at all. That is complete ridiculous, I've been gambling online for 18 years and I never heard of a max bet rule. They need to shut this website down they will find any reason not to pay.

I usually read the T&C's before depositing especially when taking a match bonus. This way you know before hand. I am not acting on behalf of the casino because all I did was lose but I have noticed when you choose your bonus its states the terms on the bonus at the bottom and I have seen the max bet rule of $25. So they didn't hide it from you.

Hi, if you've been playing for so long, it's quite strange that you've never come across the max bet rule before.

However, I noticed that you've already managed to use our feature and you've created a complaint. In this case it would be good if you fill Tomas with the necessary information, because without that he won't move on.

Anyway, I have also seen the Terms and Conditions, which state that: "All bonuses have a minimum dollar value of wagers that must be reached before you will be permitted to withdraw. This is referred to as the "wagering requirement". Unless stated otherwise, when playing with bonus money, you may not wager more than $25 per spin in order to clear your Wagering Requirement."

This is why I think it is always important to read the Terms and Conditions carefully, as it can happen that a player may unknowingly break a rule.

If you have any new information, feel free to inform us here on the forum so that we can see how your case is progressing. I hope that eventually there will be a consensus and everything will be fine.

I decided to play here again. I reopened my account and after the 2nd losing deposit again I took a 200% bonus deposited $100 and after a 15000 playthru I finally won $6479.00. Sent all docs in and allocated my first withdrawal of 2500. Waiting now. I have invested so much here $$$. I hope I get my winnings.
