I was always satisfied with the casino, what I liked was the registration with a telephone number, and I had some great winnings. The game selection was also ok. Everything felt right.

At least sports bettors should avoid this casino, which will steal your money. Just recently they stole around 1,300 euros. I don't use bonuses, but their cancellation was based on the fact that I can't bet more than once on the same target. It's an old familiar way of scamming casinos to steal your money. They keep the rule in the rules but never use it unless it's a winning player. A good example in my case is that all additional bets that I lost were accepted and bets were not refunded, while every winning bet was refunded.

They came up with checking my documents for 5 days to give them time to manipulate my betting history.

The customer service itself is fast and good, but otherwise a basic Curacao scam.

No. I'm not. I kind of trusted the rating of the casino guru when I played here. The amount is not big by my standards, but this kind of cheating is annoying and you have to tell others about it.

The MGA complaint has sometimes yielded something, but depositing in Curacao is always a risk.

It is typical for them to create rules which of course they don't actually follow when things go in their favor. But if someone manages to win, then the rules will be brought up.

Now here is the most comical thing that the bet history shows how my Lost bets have been ok for them and the money has been valid, but then all the Won bets have been rejected and only the original bet has been returned.

Now they suggested that I file a complaint. Well, you can't guess who these are made for... That's right, for themselves, but only to another email address.

As far as your issue is concerned, I haven't heard that you can't bet twice on the same thing. Also, it's strange that they took your money on a losing bet and just refunded the original bet on a winning one.

could you as soon as possible add to the reviews that this casino's system accepts multiple bets on the same bet, but if they go right they cancel the bets. If it's wrong, they take the money. In my opinion, very important information about the casino's way of deceiving customers

We appreciate your suggestion, but still, I don't believe we have such a warning available on the list. Instead, all players interested enough will find the information here on the forum.

Anyway, to me, it seems like it's still more associated with sports betting, and because our reviews are solely focused on the casinos branch, it would not make sense to add a sports betting warning.
