Hi Radka,

First of all I would never play there if I knew they are illegal by NL law.

I would also give back my winnings if I had some but i don't. It is really about that they are offering illegal activities and warning other people for it. If nobody does something than nothing happened.. it is not about the money only, they must be investigated and hopefully paying a million euro fine.

Hi Gregoire33,

I get the same impression, and I empathize with your approach.

The point is we deal with fairness, so untill the casino treats every player from your country exactly the same way they treat others, it's fair.

As soon as the casino accepts your deposits, but decides not to pay out your winnings, because of its "missing" license - that would be extremely unfair. And such a player should get a refund.

Thank you for being so passionate about sharing your point of view, I just want to say there is no need to alert players.

Till the casino stays fair, no harm is done, I reckon.

Hi Radka,

If I drive without having a driving licence i will get a fine or even worse. They are wrong in the first Place by accepting players from NL while not having the right documents for it.

They don’t respond to my emails and I hope there will be justice in the end.

Justice does not exist on this earth or very rarely.

Money has become God so you mustn't hope too much for justice.

True! At least I could express my disappointment here🙂

That's the way it is. 🙂

It is really difficult to take action against such people because they usually have a lot of money and unfortunately you can buy people with this piece of paper who then remain silent and justice is swept under the carpet.

Have a nice day! 🌴✌🏼✌🏾

Hi Gregoire33!

I got it. 🙂

Could you try an opposite view for a moment?

If you willingly decide to drive without a license, we can assume the fine will soon follow - when caught.

That would require an overseeing officer to catch you first.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but even in your country, no official office supervises players, right?

I mean, if any player willingly plays in a casino licensed elsewhere, no one cares officially, no fines no persecution. Is that so, please?

My point is, if such a player picks a decent and fair casino, no harm is done, I'd say.

That's just a different approach, I empathize we should all play in licensed casinos, preferably in the officially licensed ones.

You can get a fine playing at a unlicensed casino , when caught!. But they mainly focus on the casino's who offer the games illegally.

Hi Radka,

we have gambling autorities and they investigate and will give fines to illegal casino’s. According to NL law this Casino is illegal because they have not the right papers. You will also get a fine as player but as Sabine already said, they mainly focus on a the casino’s.

Hello Sabine1984,

Thanks for your input!

I have never heard anything related to the situation described, while a certain player was "caught" and fined for playing in an unlicensed casino.

Are there any official sources of information, please?

I'd like to know how it works precisely.

Hi Gregoire33,

I believe it works quite similarly in my country as well. But I evaluate every input you can provide. Since we are not the official authority, the legality questions are, let's say, harder to approach - at least for me 🙂.

Are you aware of a concrete player who has been fined as described?

Radka

Hi Radka,

no players received a fine I believe. Only the casino’s as they are offering their games as they are not allowed. Are you only interested in the players punishment or are you want to do evaluate the million dollars fines against the casino’s? Because that is what they hopefully get. They will not be the first one.

Hi Gregoire33,

Thank you for enlightening me, I don't want to spread misleading information, and I truly appreciate your concern.

From the fairness perspective, I believe I explained the point earlier.

In general, we care whether the casinos remain fair, the missing license is not the ultimate reason for any deposit refund, I'm afraid.

You said you are in touch with the KSA regarding your complaint, so I'd wait for the update. Let the official local authority act, I say.

Hi Radka,

Bruno casino is not responding to my emails at all. Why my review is rejected? I reported them to the KSA, I am not in contact with the KSA. That they are accepting NL people and does not respond to my emails for over a week now is a fact and I would like to have my review be approved.

Hi, generally speaking, I totally understand that it's wrong when casinos don't react to messages / emails from players. I just feel like your case could be a bit different since according to what you mentioned here, they stopped communicating when you requested your deposits to be refunded and you reported them to KSA.

According to my personal experience, when the player asks for authorities to get involved, they sue the casino or they threaten by suing the casino, the casinos sometimes stop communicating with the player and they only communicate on an official basis with the licensing authority or the lawyers.

It's simply because the customer support isn't trained for these types of situations and they could say something that could be lately used by the player against the casino. I'm not sure what the current situation is, but it's it's a simply fact that I'd take into account as well.

Hello,

I'm writing here because two days ago, while looking at the ratings of some casinos, I signed up for BrunoCasino, which had a very good rating here (above 9). And when I tried to check their page again today, it had disappeared! Is there an explanation? Thank you very much.

Hello!

Keen eyes you have! Don't worry, I found the source of the mystery - our internal system says "temporarily closed due to site migration" Dated 19/07/2023

I'm sure the site will be visible again after this "upgrade" gets finished. 🙂

Hello, I feel the same way. Registered there in the first place because the reviews were really good and I look at them here at Casinoguru before I deposit money anywhere. Now I have noticed that the casino is no longer listed here with you. Is there a reason or do I have to worry about my money (about 1000 euros)?

At this moment the casino seems to be under review again, and due to that, it has temporarily disappeared. I'll try to find more details for you.

If you come across further information please share too. 🙂

Hey there!

I learned the casino migrated due to this transfer, its landing page was temporarily unavailable, but now all should be just fine.

How are yours 1k €? Is everything in order?
