I've recently had an experience with Bruno Casino that left me quite disappointed, especially as a Canadian player. Although they hold a Canadian license, it's a red flag for me that all transactions are charged in euros. This setup raises concerns about potential hidden fees, making me question if the casino is profiting from currency conversion costs.

For those in Europe, using euros or other local currencies might not be an issue, but it's a different story for Canadian players. Every time I deposit using a Canadian credit card, I'm hit with extra fees due to the conversion from euros to Canadian dollars. In my experience, Canadian banks like CIBC typically charge around $5 to $7 for foreign currency transactions. These charges are directly applied to my credit card, making each deposit significantly more expensive.

The casino claims that they don't impose any fees from their side, but the reality is that the fees from the payment provider and banks are quite substantial. For a casino that’s supposed to cater to Canadian customers, this feels like an unnecessary burden. I believe they should either offer a CAD payment option or partner with better payment providers to minimize these costs.

In short, while Bruno Casino might be a decent option for European players, I can't recommend it to Canadians unless they address these hidden fees. If you're from Canada, be prepared to pay extra every time you make a transaction, which ultimately takes away from your gaming experience.

So I can't say anything positive about this casino.
I took the first deposit bonus and had 200 free spins included in the offer. 50 per day.
I received the first 50 and on the second day I was told that due to the company's decision I would not receive the remaining free spins. I find that a disgrace and very dubious.

Ok, addendum: I've received free spins every day now, so it's possible that the casino saw my post.

What sets you apart from others? Played intensively on Bruno Casino for a few months, so I decided to share my experiences for anyone who considers giving them action. What I did love about the Casino was the structure and the layout. Games were easy to find, and overall the gameplay was nice on both desktop and mobile.

When I started playing at Bruno Casino, they had a bonus wheel which you could spin on a daily basis, and which actually had some nice rewards. Later, this got replaced by a wheel which would only be granted if you deposited the minimum amount; too bad!

The thing which frustrated me most about this casino was the cashing out process. At one point, I was completely verified, yet they kept on finding excuses to slow down my withdrawal, which often resulted in me blowing my winnings away :). .

They also granted me a VIP manager when I reached a higher tier on the site. After not playing for a few months, I did notice they decreased my tier, which was disappointing, and it seems that my account is no longer verified. Another disappointing thing is their "invitational only" promotions. For example, the last promo they sent me was 100 free spins on Gates of Olympus for a minimum deposit. I decided to check with Customer Support if this offer was valid and after sending them a screenshot of the email I got, they claimed to have never seen a promo like this, so they offered me no assistance and I was left empty-handed.

You might ask yourself why I didn't go to my VIP manager? Well, actually I did go to my VIP manager; unfortunately, he told me I was no longer considered to be a VIP-customer and once again made me contact support again.

My conclusion: stay away; there are better Casinos available.

They cancelled for no reason,after 6+ working days,both times the same amount of withdraw
in 2 different bank accounts.
I provided them the bank statements they asked for both times.

They made the same excuses all the time that the payment for their part was done.

I bet and lost all my remaining winnings,after they cancelled my withdraw the 2nd and deleted my account.

They are targeting the dutch market without a KSA dutch lisense.

Every dutch player should have a total refund of their deposits back and report to the kansspelautoriteiten.

Got a scam email from them saying I’d received $50, it was from the promo team and after checking, it wasn’t true. Seemed very much like a trick to bring traffic on to the site

I have been waiting nearly a week for this casino to track down my deposit that didn't appear in my account. I have now given up and have just accepted, I will never see that money again. The customer support available is non existent, they are not empowered to make any decisions and you never get the help you need.

The games I've played so far are mediocre at best with little amounts paid out. I have played at much better casinos.

They will no doubt reply to this review asking me to contact support as they do with every other review. But trust me, I have done that on many occasions and it has never be resolved, why would I now ? Do not trust this casino, you may deposit money and never see it again.

Update: it’s now been 2 weeks, the support team have sent me numerous excuses and have not resolved the issue. The response to this review was expected , it’s to make them look like they are trying to help, but I’ve been in constant contact with the support team , so why haven’t they contacted me direct instead of responding to this review ? I’m sure a number of the good reviews on this page are fake.

Please avoid this casino, I’ve reported them to the regulator.

The casino is recommended. Deposited a total of €100 and paid out €850. The verification went extremely quickly.
