I've been trying to pay out €50.00 credit at bruno casino via crypto BTC for months! I have now deposited 3 × (!!!) via BTC Crypto today and also after an hour or rather several HOURS! NO receipt of my BTC Crypto deposit and now the payout of 50€ Btc Crypto to my Coinbase wallet is still on "Status: WAIT" and I am now fully verified since January 29th, 2022!! Now in the live chat after endless waiting NO help.. "the deposits BTC crypto will be processed and credited within an hour" well after several hours NOTHING to see from all three deposits! The payout is still on "WAIT" The support would like a proof of deposit at once and since with date, name, iban this is on the pdf/screenshot.. with Crypto deposits but there is no "iban" and no full name!!!? ?? The live chat agent elliot says "Please pay €20.00 again with a correct personal deposit method to your casino account with us so that we can pay out the same way back to the deposit method with your name and iban" WTF what is the deposit with my 3 × 50€ in BTC Crypto??? Nothing!! No help and the payout is still on "wait" now really cheeky! I have had the €50 balance since the end of January this year and was fully verified at the time the live support agents said I only needed to make one deposit well I deposited 3 times yesterday €50 each via Bitcoins none of the 3 deposits have been credited to their standing all still on hold as a status and the €50 credit has been deleted and the payment has been cancelled

Evolution is one of the companies with 500 millions anual revenue with no phone or email to contact .very shady company.they have contact dources but only for third party.the customer (player)can only speak to them by a chat .they hide behind a chat in the backround like thieves in the night.i always wonderd why they are there they never help and they are very strickt in blokking the chat if they dont like your comments .they are not transparant at all .that is why they can keep going ripping off players .

I try to help people .. who are addicted and play at these casino's who take advantage of these kind of players. If the casino's have a liscense people who are in the system cant play. But the casinos without a liscense take advantage of the gambling addicts. Thats why I tell everyone report those kind of casino's to the dutch authority. So they will get a fine if they act without a liscense. And the casino will not accept dutch players anymore.

But that's not how you help an addict.

I grew up on the streets and know dozens of addicts who have not benefited from all these therapies.

You treat them and then most of them relapse again. How come? Because it is NOT about the gambling addiction in the first place. This is not an addiction game!! My experience is that these people lack love and no therapy that is already used daily as a standard program and most of the addicts already see them as a number and for most it becomes so commonplace that they don't even deal with the real problem and then wondering why it didn't work

They don't play because they are addicted to games. Just like drug addicts don't take drugs because they're so happy and they enjoy it.. they take it as a run away from reality even though most of them don't want the stuff and tell themselves on a daily basis that they want to stop but can't because her psyche is broken.

I have asked for a refund and explained them that is legal what they do here.

Now they suspended my account and telling me that is my own responsibility, but I truly did not know they did not have an lincence. Did you get any feedback from the casino ?

I would like to point out that if you had the same chance to win as anybody else, asking for a refund sounds weird. I mean, If you won earlier, would you ask for a refund? Would you forfeit the winnings because now you know the casino is not licensed properly?
