honestly, who won here how much and how much and with what game?because I'm always on the sidelines with games, it looks like my balance is 99% negative after continuous payments, plus the game doesn't throw much. .but it doesn't give :D even from one moment to the next through up to 100 spinsdoesn't give me anything either...someone recommend a normal casino, because I always pick out such waste money-hungry sites...or do I have to lose thousands of euros on all of them to win 100 euros or what is going on with sites now? ..everything is getting worse day by day..this toojust as there is a shame.. if one year their income is 10 million euros, the next they need 100 million, they become so unscrupulous unscrupulous people with money

I have been using mifinity to make deposits and withdrawals at this casino for a long time.

But suddenly the casino removed it from the payment methods,

The only withdrawal method is virtual currency.

I was told that I needed to make a deposit using that method in order to make withdrawals.

I had a large balance in the casino, but was forced to deposit more in virtual currency and wager that much more.

I honestly don't agree with casinos limiting payment methods for their own convenience and forcing users to make deposits.

I find it hard to believe the casino would expel such a popular payment option solely to make players deposit something more in order to verify other options. Because players would find that inconvenient, as you do.

I would say that mifinity may have some local issues with banks or intermediary providers. Additionally, casino's and third-party payment provider may also have issues with mifinity. That's more likely.

Anyway, thank you for this info, much appreciated!

Response to Bruno Casino Team Regarding Payment Fees

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my experience regarding Bruno Casino's response about transaction fees. They clarified that they "don't impose any fees on transactions from their side and suggested checking with my payment provider for any charges".

However, from my experience as a Canadian customer, I've noticed that fees are often charged directly to my credit card due to the currency conversion from euros to Canadian dollars. For example, Canadian banks like CIBC usually charge around $5 to $7 for transactions made in foreign currencies. These additional costs make using credit or debit cards quite expensive for deposits.

I believe it would be beneficial for Bruno Casino to review their payment providers or explore alternatives. This would help reduce the high fees that many of us face when making payments, especially those of us using Canadian banks. Just wanted to share this feedback in case others are experiencing similar issues!

Would love to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience or found a workaround for these fees.

Best,

Hey, thanks for your experience you described. I would probably start by asking if it is possible to use some other method, not even a bank transfer, to avoid this.

Unfortunately, the fees you describe are created by the bank itself, so there is not much the casino can do about it. Just as we are talking about adding some payment methods that would not have such fees.

i have noticed other casinos that charge in Euros and US dollars as well. I guess the best choise its Interac and avoid using credit or debit cards.
