Hello, yesterday I made a deposit of 5,000 and wanted to withdraw 20,000 and they blocked my account. They simply told me that there was no solution. I find it disrespectful and a scam on their part because they should not keep my money that I won betting, that is why I no longer trust 1win.
This sounds really frustrating to not know what exactly is going on.
May I ask if they at least sent you an email with some explanation?

Maybe our complaint team would be able to help you out. The only thing is that we have no department dealing with sports bets, so if you bet on sports, I am not sure if we can intervene.
