The player from Hungary had won a total of 5000 USDT and requested a withdrawal of 3000 USDT. However, due to an alleged doubled money glitch in a game, the casino had cancelled one of the withdrawals. Consequently, the final amount in the player's account had dropped significantly without a clear explanation. The player later asked to close the complaint after receiving an explanation and some compensation from the casino. As per the player's request, we had rejected the complaint.

Hi!


Please help me, on this afternoon I deposited and I won, I won quiet a lot all together 5000 used.

Then I requested a withdrawal of 2000usdt then after an other 1000usdt.


Then I got an email about I got doubled money on one of the game, so they cancelled one of my withdrawal… exactly 1000usdt…


Then I was keep playing…. Until I got around 1400usd left, then the browser was refreshed with an error, after all I seen my balance was only 40usdt something…


So they took the 1000usdt, then they n"cheated whit my balance" they told me regarding because on one game I got double money they took one of my withdrawal and from my main balance..,

After all suddenly what I had on withdraw 2000usdt, its been cancelled and I didn’t even realised…. So all my money gone together. They just said sorry about the mistake…


Looks like no one wanna help me and sort out my thing I don’t know what to do…
