The player struggles to withdraw for unknown reason.

Real money was used cannot remember the last time that I spoke to them but it was about the payout and yes the account is verified around the same time I have my winnings

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but it appears they have stopped responding. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation.
