I made withdraw a week ago and was told it takes up to 7 days. I sent all documents and last 2 days 2 people tell me it will be posted soon. And another representative said 12 or more days

I asked on live chat with agent about when I will get my withdraw and was told Thursday I will get it. So that's today. Nothing as of yet.

We would like to ask the Euro Bets Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
I asked yesterday again via live chat and was asked to submit documents again. I did and they said a recent utility bill. I gave my credit card bill and housing authority letter addressed to me. They said someone would contact me shortly I Havnt heard nothing back . I logged on few minutes ago and tried to get someone on live chat and asked again if I can please have my withdraw completed. No response. It's only $106 dollars

I tried to reach out to the casino repeatedly by email and by Skype. I was told they would take a look and get back to me. Unfortunately, they never did. I’m afraid, there is not much that I can do without the help of the casino. The casino isn't licensed so there is no gaming authority to turn to. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand, this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
