To whom it may concern: I have been trying to get my rightful winnings from Eurobets Casino for almost a week now. I was literally promised that my Bitcoin withdrawals would be instant. That was the only reason I came back because I have had issues with this casino before. I did everything right and I followed all the rules. I have lost a ton of money at this casino but I finally had a run of good luck. I tried to withdraw and they claimed technical difficulties. This is the third time so as a precaution I documented everything with photos and videos. I have emails, text messages and Whatsapp messages. I also have the names of all the agents I have been dealing with. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran and I live on a fixed income. I allow only so much per month to play online. I tried to call there customer support number but it is disconnected. I tried using their email support but it was not working. I tried using the chat support but no one will answer my queries. I was left holding on chat once for an hour and now they won't respond at all. I can't believe this casino hasn't been blacklisted yet. Please spare any other players the anguish I am going through and Blacklist them from the United States immediately. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I just got off a chat with Grace (thank you). She offered my deposit back of $300. Should I accept or do you think I have any chance of getting my winnings?

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of EuroBets Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from EuroBets Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
