At first, I was really impressed with this casino. The website is clean, easy to use, and actually looks professional. They accept high betting limits, offer a wide range of payment methods, and have a huge selection of games, sports, and markets. Everything looked great until I actually started playing.

Then things went downhill fast.
After winning a bet, I got a pop-up saying "Double your winnings." It sounded like a nice promotion , like an offer to double what I’d already won. What they didn’t say anywhere was that it was actually a "Double or Nothing" feature, meaning if you lose, you lose everything.
So I clicked it, thinking it was a harmless promo, and lost the entire amount I had just won.
That kind of thing should never happen on a legitimate platform. It’s misleading, and players deserve to know what they’re agreeing to.

When I contacted support to explain the issue, they were painfully slow to respond.
Emails take days to get answered, and when they finally reply, it’s just copy-paste automated messages that don’t solve anything. Just saying this is it, we cannot do anything, you joined the promo, it’s your fault, not ours. No money back , no compensation and of course not even an apology….
They don’t seem to read what you actually write, and they definitely don’t take responsibility.

Overall, the platform looks nice from the outside, but the way they treat their customers is far from professional.
They don’t value their players, they don’t offer real help, and the whole situation with the misleading "Double your winnings" offer feels like a scam in disguise.
It’s extremely disappointing and feels like a form of theft, honestly.

I wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone who values transparency, fair play, or decent customer service.
It might look like a serious site, but behind the design, it’s the opposite.

I've been trying to close my game account for approx. 2 months. The matter can only be handled by e-mail, to which they will probably respond after about a week with good luck. When they finally respond, they offer bonuses to the casino and after that nothing is heard from them again. Six days ago, I sent another email regarding the closure of my account and this time I told that the reason was gambling addiction. In the meantime, I have contacted the live chat many times, but I always get the same answer "this matter is handled by a different department, the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible". They don't have any responsible gaming tools, and they prolong the account closure so that customers play with their money while you wait an unreasonable amount of time to get a response by email. Also, nothing can be done in live chat, everything has to be done by email. Again, they do not respond to messages by email. I have never come across such a bad casino. I can't believe my wits anymore, so what I experienced here was pure horro! This casino should actually pay me at least EUR 50,000.00 for physical damage caused. So first slot absolutely all manipulated away. "I made 12 requests for a withdrawal of EUR 100.00 - each time I had to send new receipts because the casino allegedly does not have these payment methods. These were recognized after an average of 48 hours and the statement then came that unfortunately this payment method is not available.
