Please be informed that my account has been fully verified, including the deposit method and account statements, all completed with the casino. Unfortunately, I am still not receiving clear answers or responses regarding my withdrawal.


Furthermore, according to your procedure, intervention occurs only after 14 days. However, this unjustified waiting period is completely unacceptable, as I regularly play on other sites where withdrawals are processed within 48 hours, including approval or at least an explanation for any delay.


What has occurred with EmirBet is highly irregular and indicative of fraudulent behavior. Several factors have led me to submit a complaint to your office after confirming that this site is likely operating fraudulently.
