So I am always cautious when trying new online casinos and for good reason! It seems like most are so quick to take your money yet when it comes to withdrawals not so much! I made a deposit, took a bonus with it and have met all the required play back amounts to get the withdrawal with Ducky Lucky Casino. I have entered into a weeks long back and forth of emails of verification documents needed! I have sent over all that was needed and then I get an email telling me they received all and the last thing they need is a utility bill of some sort to verify the address on file! Well low and behold, and based on what their own website states this is not accurate! It states a valid state ID such as a drivers license with the correct address on it which mine clearly has front and back! If in fact your valid license does not match the address on file then a utility bill of some sort no older than two months must be submitted! Well I have since also submitted 3 different forms on top of my license which matches my address! Even though not needed according to the site! So since these were submitted they have gone ghost and refuse to answer any more of my emails! In the beginning when it came to them telling me what was needed, and what I had left to send they were quick to get back to me. Now I cannot get anyone to respond! I am seeing a lot of issues with this online casino and its sad because I enjoy the games they have to offer! I know my withdrawal is not a lot of money by any means but its the principal not the dollar amount! Last two emails sent were yesterday asking them what else was needed and could I get some sort of confirmation. Then one today asking the same thing! Thank you for any help you can give!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I will agree to disagree with you and I base my statement on what the casino promotes with the online information they state about timely withdrawals! I understand certain times of the year will be busier than others, and not all verifications get done right away. So I will give this the 72 hours they stated it would take in the email I received today and then post a follow up once I get both my withdrawals. As I stated I would like to continue to play on the site but with all the bad press I am reading online about this particular online casino I am a bit hesitant to do so. I will base my continuing to play on this site on whether or not I get my withdrawals in a reasonably timely fashion! If I do then yes I enjoy the games they offer and the site is user friendly with good slot options for all to play and with a wide variety of denominations offered to play on each game! I am just a little frustrated with the way the verification process went, and now we will see if I can prove some doubters wrong about them paying out properly! If all goes well I will be glad to write many good reviews on the sites that I have seen all the bad ones about this particular casino! Will follow up soon enough! Thank you again

Update 12/122022 : So I received 1 of the wire transfers this afternoon! Still waiting on the other which I will assume should be next week in theory! So they came through after all, and they will continue to get my business for sure! Thank you Ducky Luck Casino!
