I did deposit 120$ in depositwin.com

got my first bonus after contacting support

played some game without spending anything from the bonus only real money from my balance things didn't go well so i needed the money back urgently so i asked for a withdrawal

and i waited for about 13hrs for a reply

and they cancelled my withdrawal sayin that i need to wager my real money even more to be eligible for a withdrawal when in the first place they said its wager free to play in this casino

Withdrawals

Money deposited must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made, i.e. the player account should not be used to only deposit and withdraw money. A charge of 10% may apply to all deposits/withdrawals if the amount has not been turned over. If you wish to make any withdrawals from your Account you should go to the withdrawal page in My Account. If you have any problems please contact us at support@depositwin.com. Please note that you have to wager deposited funds in a 1:1 ratio.

To make a withdrawal the player must make a deposit and wager min 1 time his deposit. Any Winnings with no deposit bonus can have a max cash out of 30€.

It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require deposit wagering of 1x, some 3x or 5x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for real money.
