I have made a deposit of 50000 inr into dafabet account via bank transfer but its been very long my deposit has not credited yet and the dafabet customer keep ignoring my email i have attached the payment receipt ..please help me out

And im attaching the bank account ..this the dafabet account where i sent the funds

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

They keep saying me that i need to wait for 2-4 hours 2 to 4 hours but nothing happened can you please to then because i have contacted their bank as well State bank of India and the manager of Bank is reqdy to provide the letter with sign and stamp that he his bank has received the payment from my account ...but the dafabet bet they are saying me wait for 2-4 hours can you please contact the casino. ... i have lost very much money in dafabet's casino and still they are not cooperating with me doing frauds can you please contact the casino.
