This casino makes false promotions that they do not follow through on. In the last presidential promo they had this weekend, it says if you claim all 3 bonuses that you will be guaranteed a $100 free chip. I've claimed all 3 and they denied me because I claimed the free spins that came with the promotion. In the email or in the coupon tab it doesn't say that the 100 free chip will be voided. This casino is cheating people. I have multiple screenshots from customer service But I can't post multiple attachments on her but will submit them through email or fax

Yes my account is verified. My last deposit was on 02/19/2023 and I've made multiple deposits that day. Throughout the month and the last month I've deposited. I last spoke with customer service on 02/20/2023. I've sent the screenshots to the email listed above
