The player from Canada had his account blocked without further explanation. The remaining active balance and withdrawal are still held by the casino. Even if we’ve assumed that the issue has been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.

Hello. When I tried to withdraw my money from Cobra Casino they closed my account. Not sure why they closed my account I never cheated, I dont have multiple accounts and so on. I withdrawn successfully before but this is the first time i won over 1000$ when I only deposited 50$ im just tired of waiting I want access to my funds asap.

Hey. The casino processed the refund via wire transfer they told me it would take 3 to 10 business days for the money to be deposited into my bank account but i dont see the money in my bank account. I gave them all of the correct information of my bank account its been more then 10 business days the bank doesn't even see a pending wire transfer or anything of 1300$ can you contact the casino about this plz.

Dear Casinoguru, dear player, 


We have indeed suspended the player's account due to some automated alerts based on depositing patterns. We are happy to discuss details with the player if he wishes to learn more. 


Meanwhile, we have decided to refund the player's deposits. We have processed the withdrawal but the money was returned to us due to incorrect bank details. We are contacting the player to provide the correct details and, once we have them, we will process the refund immediately.
