Hello , i joined this website 7 days ago, i made some winnings 6-7 days ago and in that same day after a lot of problems( bugs ) i made a withdrawal for 600 euro , fast fowards to 3 days ago i deposit and made some winnings too and i went to request withdrawal but it said disabled and to contact support, so i did and they asked me to do kyc tier 2 ( before for first withdrawal it was never required) but no problem and so i did it(again their site kyc link wasnt working for 2 full days so i had to wait even more) but i am now full verified for almost 24 hours and when i told them im fully verified to release my withdrawal block they told me my account was still under review( im fully verified on kyc will provide screenshots if needed) when i asked why im on under review the support also doesnt know or tell me.




chips.gg are trying to hold my money trying to induce into gambling it before opening withdrawal section

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
