1month now i try to withdraw my money i want so long to get verified they appear in my bank card and somehow they took it back ofc i spent the money and now i own to the bank i am -450€ i got problem now with the bank and with the bank lawyer couse they stole it from me !! After 2 weaks and every hour message them they appear my money to my casino wallet they told me till 10 September they cant pay via cards i say ok I request Sepa withdraw and from 25/8 keep waiting just to accept my request and they start the excuses and lies again i use sepa all the time i got the money in 1 day the worst is 3 and this casino cant even say good excuses or lies !!! 1 star from me till i get my money!(i play over 5months on their casino i am streamer and i never had problem with them till this month )

Could you please advise when exactly did they reverse the money from your account? Do you still have any pending withdrawal in the casino or is your balance currently zero? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
