Hello, casino won't process my cash out they just keep asking for the same documents I had already uploaded was told Friday by live chat account was fully verified & that it would be processed Monday only to find out they cancelled the cash out & requesting the same documents. I have 11 document documents approved out of the 3 they ask for.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
