hi I played the tournament thanksgiving spins and won 300 pounds it’s been 3 days and have proof of my win the customer service and vip managers have been making up excuses non stop why I haven’t received it.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When did the tournament end? Have you experienced such issues in the past? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please keep in mind that most of tournament winnings may take up even to a month to be delivered to the player.

My account has been waiting 5 days to be verified thanks tournament ended Sunday just passed 11:00am est Australia time it was called Thanksgiving spins
