Hello Kristina, yes, I have often requested a payout. But I almost always have trouble getting a payout. Something is always needed from me. I have had to submit documents so many times to get the casino to wire me the money. That has worked for a long time. But now I am not even able to request a withdrawal. The casino also informed me about 2 months ago that I would no longer receive any bonuses.
I received the payout but probably only because I threatened to file a complaint with Casino guru.
