You know that your not going to do anything... The game file will get me no where and are a complete waste of time.. I discontinued play at such casino and will find every site possible to degrade and demean the casino and your establishment..
Unfortunately, we are not able to investigate if a player refuses to provide any supporting evidence. I’m sure anyone would agree that we can’t penalize the casino based on someone’s statement without any proof. The game history is in these cases one of the most powerful tools to confront the casino. Sadly, even after multiple requests, the player didn’t provide it and instead, decided to give up on the case.
