Right... The casino went from i should have requested spins...to its expired... To the promotion has nothing to do with there casino... To im not eligible once i conntacted you guys.... So they lied multiple times on why i never received my spins just so they wont have to issue them to

The casino was suppose to email me to be processed....i was never emailed like the promotion say and the casino wait for email... And i informed them of this and they claimed... A bunch of different reasons so they wont be at fault:
1. I need to deposit to recieve promotion
2 I should have emailed
3. The promotion has nothing to do with them and i need to contact the company that has the bonus
4.Then they just ended it with we didnt select me for bonus after stating all of thia above..
5. I even asked for the 1st reason they gave so after i deposit again i will still be able to recieve bonus i was tole yes and mind you this is after the expiration date....
So i asked why i wasnt selected and they ended chat.
The first excuse the bonus says nothing about deposit in bonus terms...
So i was told after expiration date because i kept following up to make a deposit and the bonus will still be accessible to me so i made deposit
And everything else was said about the promotion not even belonging to BRANGO
SO WHAT IM SAYING IS THEY LIED ABOUT TERMS and policy and what needs to be done in order to receive promotion
On top of it they DENIED the promotion was given by them...
I believe they did this due to them forgetting to email me so they came up with lie after lie sent the screenshots of them consistently making up things due to them forgetting to EMAIL ME ABOUT PROMOTION...
sandersrobert1954, I am sorry, but if you fulfilled all the conditions to be eligible for this offer and you noticed that free spins haven't been credited to you, you should immediately contact the support and not wait until the bonus is expired. I understand that this would have not happened if the free spins were credited automatically, but at this point, we are not able to help.
As I explained previously, the casino cannot give you an expired bonus. I can only recommend that you contact the casino before the bonus is expired in the future.
