The player's brother had initially filed the complaint on his behalf, stating that the casino had accused the player of having a duplicate account due to a shared mobile number. Despite having provided proof of identity and ownership of the mobile number, the casino had yet to process the withdrawal. However, we were unable to proceed with the complaint because it was filed by a third party. The complaint was subsequently rejected, with the advice given for the player himself to file the complaint once he was able.

Then They Called My They Took All The Information What Game I Have Played How Much I Won In Each Game Everything Now It's Been 24hrs Verification Has Been Done Then Also They Haven't Release My Funds They Harassing There Players For There Withdrawal It's A Very Third Class Website I Have Seen In My Entire Life

My Brother Have Earned 300000 Over Here While Making Withdrawal They People Said The Mobile Number You Have Used Is Associated With Other Casino Account Then He Submitted Each N Every Proof That He Haven't Used His Number In Any Other Account

Mobile Number Can Be Used Anyone It's Not Necessary He Has Made A Duplicate Account He Asked Them Aswell If That Account Verified With The Mobile Number But There Is No Response From Them

He Has Verified The Mobile With The OTP He Submitted Adhar And Pan And The Mobile Number Proof That Number Belongs To Him After All That They Have Not Given Him The Withdrawal Of 300000

He Attempted Suicide Bcuz Of These Fake People How Took His Money I Need This Website Should Be Shutdown
