I made my last bet on roulette and went all in, then all of a sudden it said i had invalid funds canaled my bet and landed on my number.


I have video evidence added i shorted it to show what im talking about but have full 20min if needed.


i went to log in to see my user name and now my account has been closed. please help


i cant upload video as its to big what do i do ?

Have you stopped playing right after the incident?

Hi Attila thank you for the fast response.


I played one round after that bet once i realised what had happened i immediately stopped playing and went into live chat.


They are saying i did not have enough funds to place the bet but the video clearly shows i placed bets. My balance at the time was $505 the bet placed was only total $503.5 , also no casino lets you place a bet if you dont have a balance so im very confused how they are justifying cancelling my bet after it had already been placed.
