Good afternoon,

I created an account at SYKA Casino and deposited 9,000 rubles using a bonus. After completing the wagering requirements, I had 92,000 rubles. I withdrew 80,000 rubles, and from the remaining 12,000 rubles I won an additional 155,000 rubles and withdrew another 100,000 rubles.

I then had 55,000 rubles left in my balance. After a big win, my balance increased to around 650,000 rubles. I withdrew a further 150,000 rubles, leaving 500,000 rubles in my account. I submitted another withdrawal request for 150,000 rubles, but my account was suddenly blocked. I am now unable to log in to the website at all.

My account was fully verified.

Please clarify the reason for the block and restore access to my account along with my remaining balance.
