Hlo sir I am here in Casinoguru for justice only

Sir I have contacted BLUECHIP VIP MANAGER

Regarding the bonus offer NAME of VIP manager was Oscar

He assisted me that you have today 2 bonus offers one is real money 35% on deposit

One is with 10 x wager not real money bonus

So I ask them to activate my real money bonus by there ownself

Then He informed me that he has successfully activated my real money offer

I have given all proof of chats in screenshot

Where I ask him to double check but still he misinform regarding the bonus offer

Said he have activated real money 35 % on deposit .

Then I deposited as per requirements

I deposited 25000 INR

Then they gave me 10 x wagering bonus

Not real money bonus

He with his witty behavior risked my 25000 INR with misinformation saying you will receive real money

But all was false

After depositing I contacted him He said sorry for misinformation

What sorry after depositing

My money was absolutely on risk

25000 INR is a big amount sir

Now sir give justice I will give you every proof.

Bonus of 8750 INR real money is to be added more in my account sir

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that either way, it is still a bonus (seems like a regular deposit bonus with wagering requirements) as no casino would just give you free money without any requirements.

Yes I am verified customer

I have been verified time and again by the bluechip casino

I have been playing with the casino from last 3 years

And I am their VIP PLATINUM member which shows I have been their regular customer

Before depositing I fully consult to their VIP PERSONAL MANAGER named Oscar

He assured me that it is a real money bonus offer plus wagering bonus offer

I have shared all screenshots as proof already

But after deposit I didn't receive any real money bonus offer

So THEIR VIP MANAGER genuinely mis guided me to deposit and risk a big amount of 25000 INR

So sir I came to casino guru only for justice nothing else. I again will share screenshot with you

I have each and every answer of your questions with proof

Yes I did use the bonus

But ask why I did so

I did use it because the VIP manager ask me to activate it from my reward section then you will receive real money bonus

And he also told me that I have to offer on it so 2 reasons

He ask me to activate bonus from reward section than I shall receive real money bonus but it was not like that they gave me 10 x wagering bonus not real money

If you did already play with the first bonus you claimed, there is hardly anything we can do. In case you get the wrong bonus credited, you can't use it and it is important to contact the support right away and do not touch the bonus balance until the matter is resolved.

I asked them to activate my real money bonus by themselves and they replied that you just need to deposit the qualifying amount to get the bonus
