Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Bitcoincasino.io. Allow me to ask you a few more question as the case seems to be not yet completly clarified.

Are you verified in the casino? Is this your first withdrawal request? Have you used any deposit or no deposit bonus in the casino? If yes, did you finish the wagering requirement?

Also please note that withdrawals may take up to 14 days, sometimes even more. If you are not yet verified, it is impossible to receive your winnings only in a few hours.

I would really recommend you to verify yourself first (if you are not yet) and to wait at least 14 days for the withdrawal to arrive.

The casino took my entire balance and claimed during the promotional period I made too large of bets. When asked to show me they could not probe that the large bets were made under the promotional period.......they took every dollar from my account. They would not even allow me to keep my original funds or offer me a bonus. These guys are crooks

Dear Casino Guru Team,


We want to describe the situation from our side. The player has got first deposit bonus and had max bet breach while playing with this bonus. For instance, allowed max bet with an active bonus is 0.0005 BTC while this player has made a bet equal to 0.0023 BTC. Maximum bet rule is clearly stated in our Bonus Terms and it is pretty common for many casinos. Due to that, we had no choice but to correct his balance to the deposit amount.
