HI

I HAVE USING BETMASTER FORM LAST 2 YEARS. SINCE LAST 6-8 MONTHS MY WITHDRAWAL TAKING LONGER TO PROCESS. WHENEVER I MADE WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. THEY ALWAYS DECLINED IT AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 24HOURS.

IN REPLY THEY ALWAYS TOLD ME THAT THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUES, OR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHECKED, OR ISSUES FRO PAYMENT PROVIDER SIDE.

I WANT TO KNOW WHEN I AM 2 YEARS OLD PLAYER, NOW WHY THEY HAVE TO CHECKED MY ACCOUNT?

THEN IN TERMS THEY HAVE WRITTEN THAT MAXIMUM 5 DAYS WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR WITHDRAWAL, BUT OUR WITHDRWAL HAS AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED AFTER 24 HOURS OF REQUEST THEN HOW WE SHOULD WAIT FOR 5 DAYS?

SO MANY TIMES I GOT MY WITHDRAWAL IN VERY SHORT TIME. HERE I WANT TO TELL THAT I M USING JETON WALLET FOR TRANSECTION. SO THEY DONT HAVE AN ISSUE LIKE BANK TRANSFER OF ANYTHING.

PLEASE HELP ME, RECENTLY I MADE A REQUST FOR WITHDRWAL ON 15TH NOV 2022. I HAVE SEND A MAIL TO complaints@betmaster.in AND ALSO DOING CHATS FROM LAST 6 DAYS WITH LIVE AGENTS. THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER ANSWER AND THEY ONLY REPLIES THAT THEY GIVE ME UPDATE SOON.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
