The player's unable to login into his casino account. The player has confirmed receipt of the payment, so we closed this complaint as resolved.
The casino won't let me log in anymore. I was only able to log in the first time, I didn't use any bonuses. When I put email and password on the login page and put it to enter it loads and redirects to the same login page.

I didn't check because there wasn't even time, I just entered, deposited via btc and played, I made little profit, I sent the documents and asked for the withdrawal, when I hung up and went to enter again the other day, what I described in the first message happened. I contacted the chat and they asked me to contact the support via email, after a day they replied that I should send a wallet for withdrawal otherwise they would keep my deposit but I had already sent it at the time of withdrawal.

Security. This was the only response from the casino I received by email. I replied that I had already sent the binance Bitcoin wallet and after that they didn't answer me anything since Jan 13, 2023 10:54.
