The player from Pakistan had her Bc.Game account, which contained about $2700, blocked after she received a tip in INR from another player. Despite having been verified and seeking help for over 4 months, her issue had remained unresolved. She had joined the casino 16 months prior and her account had been blocked about 8 months ago. The player had accumulated her balance through a game named Crash. The casino had claimed that the player's account was locked due to multiple self-referrals and the tipping account had provided multiple IDs for verification. After a thorough investigation, we concluded that the player had breached the casino's terms and conditions by creating multiple accounts and taking unfair advantage of bonuses. Therefore, we rejected the complaint as unjustified.

Hello, 


I writing to inform you that I'm unable to open my Bc.game account (UID: 5****85). I got a random tip to my account in INR, after which my account was kind of blocked from the accessing it. 


I don't know what happened wrong in this but all I want is to bc.game to unlock my account and allow me to access it. 


It has been more than 4-5 months now but no proper support or solution has been given. I filled the complain at their support@bc.game mail ID as well and below attached files has all the conversation in it for your reference. 


My account UID - 5*****85 has been verified as well but still I don't understand the reason why they have revoke the access. Earlier I had one more account with bc.game whose UID was 1*****27 and that account hacked by someone after which I was not able to login into that. That's why I created a new account whose UID is 5*****85.


In the mail from support@bc.game they asked me contact one of there mode or admin whose name is Bob (@bcgame_Bob) to get the issue resolved for which also I have attached the files. Kindly go through that as well. 


All I need is a fair play. I own the money if it is in my account. I made a lot of investment and I took a lot of risk even I lost a lot of money but when finally I earned the money they are restricting me to access my account. This is totally not fair. I have around $2700 in my bc.game account in INR form out of which approx. $1000 I got tip and rest I won myself. It is my hard earned money.


With your help I want to access my account as I use to and recover my money that is still stuck in my bc.game account UID 5****85. Your support is highly appreciated.

  • Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly was your account blocked?
  • Was the casino aware you would be opening another account with them after your original account was hacked?
  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games)
  • Could you please explain what question the casino representative asked you, and what was your response?

Hi Tomas, you don't need to be sorry for what has happened with me in bc.game. Below are the answers to your previous questions:


1. I joined bc.game on 10th of July 2022, so it is almost like 16 months now and my account was blocked on 28th March 2023.


2. I don't think the casino was aware about me creating a new account as my original account was hacked because at that time I was also not aware to whom to contact or get support from in such a case.


3. In the casino, I did not play live games and neither was it a slot game. I accumulated my current balance through a game that's called Crash.


4. The casino representative asked quite a few questions like: whether my verification was completed or not, who did you get the money from, how many accounts do you use and so. My response was that yes my verification is completed and some random person sent me a huge tip of around 1000$ of which I still had 2461$ amount in INR form which has now been revoked by the casino representative itself and also, I told them about my whole story like how my account got hacked and then I created another account.


They had all the idea about the whole story of how all the things got started and then they gave very unsatisfactory reasons to not justify my claim. I will truly be thankful if you can assist in this matter and get the issue resolved.


My current bc.game account UID is 5959685. Please let me know if any other information is required.

Hi,


So upon checking, I see that our support reached out to you because the account who tipped you the money has provided 3-5 different IDs for the verification. Still, you were given a chance to open the account after removing the alleged tips received in your account, and you agreed to that but later denied support. Then after that, you brought up another account, that was also locked because it had multiple self-referrals. That is the reason your account is locked.
