The player from Argentina isn’t satisfied with the casino’s services. We ended up closing the complaint as there wasn't anything we could help with.
First of all, I report misleading advertising by the casino, second in the previous claim, although they resolved to let me enter the account and validate it, they did not return the bonuses I had, which were quite a few, they left me at 0.
Going back to the first point, the casino offers a bonus every day, a roulette wheel, depending on the level it offers a bonus, they offer or wow up to 3 BTC, nothing closer to unfair, for me it always gives the lowest prize, I always attach the clear evidence.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I would like to emphasize, that each casino has a different bonus policy and reward system. I am sorry, but casinos can exclude players from receiving bonuses and cancel any unused bonus and this isn’t something we could punish the casino for.
