Yes, verification has been passed for a long time ago , I have attached a screenshot

And yes, these are free spins winnings, but a verification deposit has been made,

wagering requirements have been completed etc

Yes the withdrawal is in this status right after it is requested ,

i just emailed them anyway this is a very long withdrawal period,

it would be great to let the representative know about this
