I wanted to file a complaint against Amp Casino because I made a deposit of 190 PLN for the bonus, I made the required turnover, I won an amount of 3199 PLN and that was all I had to withdraw, the casino accused me of exceeding the max bet when I played with real funds and the bonus funds were invisible and untouched, and with the bonus it did not write that on real funds we require a max bet of 12 PLN. Only the deposit of 190 PLN was returned to me and the amount of 3009 PLN was confiscated, please help me solve this matter, best regards

Would it be possible to forward the full betting history to nikolas.b@casino.guru?

If you did bet over the maximum allowed limit, the casino has right to confiscate any winnings generated while your bonus was active.
