Won 2000. In july summit all documentes requested several times finally got approved in sept. Then was notified in oct. Had to resummit documents  as they updated policy so resummit documentation was approved in nov. Now they have came up that i had a return deposit on a sister company.i have sent them bank documents a summary from bank that showed no returns at all for sept. Now they want my bank statements from jan 2019 to dec 2019. I feel that i have provide to them i had no returns from either place and feel they are just making up excuse. Also if ihad return why are they emailing free bonus to play.i feel this casino is a rip off. 6 months and still can not get paid.
