The player from India had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised the player to be patient and wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. After our intervention, the player confirmed that he had received his winnings. Thus, we marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

22bet Firstly my account has verified,i make withdrawals so many times for small amounts withdrawals also process smoothly but all of suddenly my last withdrawal status first approved after sometime it's shows withdrawal status pending,all my withdrawals usually take within same day credit my account,after I contact 22bet operator and emails they reply me your account on hold by security department for verification,i already verified and also this is not my first withdrawal,they were not replied anymore for further updates and also I am in medical emergency for my funds,they are really not helpful for my withdrawal and no replies that's why i contacted you, please help for my withdrawal.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
