They're scammers!!!


DONT DEPOSIT HERE!


They will do anything they can just not to withdraw your funds.


Even VIP menager will try to scam you,


like in my case i got email from Joseph and he is telling me like i have info about your account and withdrawal please contact me asap, which i did in matter of seconds and he is gone, no more replies, he just sent me that email to make me think something is wrong and lose the money.


They canceled my withdrawal many times, they even write as reason "please make new withdrawal", then when i ask livechat support he tells me its sites error lol.


I'm posting all screenshots here, also i'm working on video reportage that Will be publish on our youtube Channels.


Hopefully i'll make 20bet lose more money!

This is the first time i have requested withdrawal.

My documents were verified earlier, i even sent them bank account confirmation just in case and bunch of other new documents.

They didnt ask me for new documents at any moment.

First withdrawal request was rejected because i cant withdraw crypto as i have depositsd fiat, so i request bank transfer which got also denied in roughly 1hour and 15 minutes ( same as first one ),

and they Said to me please request new one and then they started acting weird, like support was fooling me around, and even my VIP menager send me email to contact him asap regarding my account and withdrawal and didnt even reply to me, so its obvious they wanted to fool me that something is wrong with account so i could lose the money.

I have seen more then 15 reviews and complaints about this casino for the same reason, im going to escalate this to Curacao authorities also.


Edit : yes i have also used 50% deposit bonus, which i have wagered without issues and without braking any terms ( max bet was 5€ )

No i wasnt in contact with VIP menager before that, i didnt even know that i have VIP menager,

he still didnt reply anything to me.

P.S I DONT NEEED MONEY, IM DOING THIS FOR PRINCIPAL AND FOR EVERYBODY ELSE WHO GOT SCAMMED BY THIS SITE.

UPDATE : JUST GOT EMAIL from vip menager Joseph which states that i have breached max bet rule which is a lie.

If i would have done that my first withdrawal would be rejected on that basis, same like second amd third. My bonus was wagered without breaching terms.

I did bet more then 5€ 12 hours later when i saw they're making idiot of me, i put bet more then 10€ bet and lose balance ( also at that moment bonus was long time ago wagered )

Also i know i probably wont get anything from 20bet, but having them blacklisted at casino.guru for unethical behavior and not paying their players would make me more happy then getting those 2000€.

UPDATE : VIP menager now claims that its not the maxbet, but the duplicate account.

I have never had another account on that site.

They're just making up things, i dont need single euro from them just show People that they're doing everything not to pay people.

filethat was response after letting them informed that i already have everything documented and will send complaints to their licence providers and other legal authorities.

also when i was waiting for withdrawal he didnt want to reply to me, and now he is replying so fast. haha

Hello,

after getting in contact with Joseph i need to admit that i have made some mistakes and 20bet didnt do anything wrong.

I really have had duplicate account which i have forget about.

Joseph sent me information and told me what i said when i was closing account so i know he is telling me truth.

They even let me to stay on site and play without worries if i want to.

i Would like to have this complaint deleted

I apologize to the 20bet.com and to casino.guru admins also .
