The player from Germany was unable to withdraw his winnings as the casino had removed the VISA withdrawal option after he made a profit. Despite having followed the casino's suggestion to use a different payment method for withdrawal after depositing with it and betting the total of the deposit, the player's withdrawal requests were refused. The player had tried this process three times and waited for two weeks, but the issue remained unresolved. We attempted to investigate the player's complaint, but due to a lack of response from the player, we were unable to proceed further and had to reject the complaint.

I deposited money using VISA, and they had no problem at all taking my money through deposits, but once I try to withdraw, they removed the VISA option because I made money!! I then tried MasterCard, and the message I get in the refusal is: (Withdrawals are only possible using the same details that were used to make a deposit. If you deposit money via different payment methods, you should withdraw money in proportion to the amount you have deposited via each payment method.)


How can I withdraw with the same details and payment method if I can’t choose the method I used in the deposit!!


The customer service told me as follows: If a deposit method is not available for withdrawal, we recommend using an alternative payment method for withdrawal.1.

Make a minimum deposit via a different payment method.2. Place bets for a total of your deposit. The odds of the events should be 1.1 or higher.3. Confirm deposits made via each payment method at security-en@1xbet-team.com by sending the screenshot of the deposit transaction details from your payment system operator.4. Make a withdrawal via this method.


I did that 3 times and have been waiting for 2 weeks!

I did do successful withdrawals before, but now all the methods I used are blocked for God knows why!


Yes I passed KYC after a long and tiring process.


No I never used any bonuses.


They did not approve the withdrawal. They actually refused it because I tried to use different methods of withdrawal methods (Which I used to successfully withdraw from this casino) and they refused it because: (Withdrawals are only possible using the same details that were used to make a deposit. Which doesn’t make sense because I already deposited money using these other payment methods! But I did it nevertheless and still getting refused requests!!! Terribly frustrating

I withdrew money before through VISA, MasterCard, InstaPay (Bank Transfer) and Vodafone Cash. All of them worked. 1xBet sometimes decides to block withdrawals so players would lose the money they made and only then do they decide to reply, which is exactly what happened to me. I’ve been sending emails for 2-3 weeks now, but now all of a sudden once I lost the money I won, they miraculously replied and told me that now I can use the payment method I want. I’m taking my business somewhere else, it’s one of the worst casinos I’ve ever dealt with.


I just have a pending deposit request that I transferred since so long (worth 3000 EGP) which they are not replying about as well now. Once they give that to me I’m deleting my account.


Betway Casino is much much better, and I totally recommend it, for anyone reading this. Nothing about 1xBet makes it worth the useless and lifeless customer support and the incompetent so-called "security department" they have.
