The player from Benin had his account with 1xBet blocked for nearly two years. Despite having fulfilled repeated and extensive verification requests, including ID, bank statement, photos, video calls, and certification of mental capacity, his account remained inaccessible. The casino was then requesting proof of no gambling addiction. He claimed to have deposited more than $30,000 and had a balance of $5,000. The verification process began three months prior. We attempted to investigate the issue, but due to the player's lack of response to our inquiries, we were unable to proceed and had no option but to reject the complaint.

My account have been blocked with 1xbet almost 2years, we started the verification process, they asked to provide my ID card I've provided, they asked my bank statement,it have been provided,they asked me to hold a code and do a picture,I did it, they asked to do a video call it have been done,they asked to fill form it have been, another video call,after the video call ,they now ask me my birth certificate,it have been provided,they ask a certificate confirming my mental capacity,it have been also provided, today they are asking to provide a copy of no gambling addition, note that I've done only 24hours on their site before my account have been blocked, so how can they suspect just after 24hours that I have gambling addition, note that in the document provided a week ago(certificate of mental capacity) it have been stated that am mentally stable and have no addition, I don't really know why 1xbet is frustrating me and duplicating the verification process

I played only 24hours before my account was blocked.

I tried to withdraw and received a prompt that my account was blocked and I should contact them.

I played slots, aviator and some others lives games

I have almost 5000$ in my account

The verification process really began 3months ago

Dear 1xbet said they don't wanna accept any collaboration with me, and only paid my balance, I registered same day and my account have been blocked the same day, normally they have to pay all my deposit,they can't stop collaboration with me and accept my losts,they should cancel all my my bets as they use to do and pay my money in full ,I deposited more than 30000usd lost some part of the money,they only paid me 4800usd
