Hello Team,

I was using 1x bet since more than 6 months with 1 account, i have never had a problem but recently i deposited 47000 and at time of closure it was 50300 in my account, all of sudden they ask for verifictaion docs and i submitted everything and i got message saying my account is closed due to multiple accounts, im pretty sure they are not willing to pay my money and playing tricks without any proof, My deposit money is huge and it is my hard earned money,I'm literally clue less

My heart is rapidly beating

Give back my deposit money sir

I have no idea why u guys block my account

Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus? Have you redeemed any promotional offers in this casino in the past?

Hello sir

So happy to see the response

No body in my home or IP use 1*bet except me as I told earlier I won accumulator bet of 33000 INR and they paid me that amount. Layer for next deposit all problems started.

I've deposited 47000 INR to place bets on cricket.

After multiple bets I was landed on 50300 INR balance and alll of sudden they close my account after submitting all doc's and they close for duplicate account. This is unfair

I'm requesting them to atleast deduct the won bets and refund remaining amount sir.

We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company.

Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.

All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.

Sir, my last deposit was done through Jeton wallet of 47,000 INR, when you closed the account my account balance was 50,300 INR, as you said please cancel the winnings from my last deposit but please refund my last deposit of 47,000 INR.

As per my knowledge i have not created multi accounts, i'm pretty much sure about this sir.

I have not received a penny from your end from the time of my account blocked, no body refunded my deposits sir, I know you are talking about total deposit of my account but i'm asking about my last deposit made in my account. Sir this is rediculous

I'm playing in 1xbet from many months, so it's obvious I would have won some of the bets and withdraw them. and now the way you are calculating the total deposits and withdrawals is horrible.

This is not the way sir. There are many bets I won and many I loose aswell. But that doesn't mean you can close the claim without giving my last deposit money. Deposit money is totally different from stake money or withdraw money, how can you count total deposits and withdrawals.

Please think and process my request sir pay my last deposit 47000 INR.

I will not look back to your site. Give my genuine deposit back sir. Please refund my last deposit please. This is very crucial moment for.me in life. I'm in very bad crisis 😭.
