Despite multiple attempts to contact the casino, they received the same generic email response, providing no reason for the closure and not returning their deposit and winnings. We were unable to assist with this issue as it pertained to sports betting, which fell outside our scope of handling complaints related to online casinos. However, we offered to contact the casino on the player's behalf to seek more information.

It’s for the 10bet sports book. They suddenly closed or pause on my account and I can’t login into my account, no information provided why they have closed as well not told me about my account that they have closed, I was looking for an option how to contact them, not even go on a live chat and last I have do an email and then got to know that they have closed my account, My deposit and winning amount still there, can’t login and they are telling me excuse that they have closed my account and can not be reopened neither not giving my money back, not even telling what happened, just always sending a same email to check the terms and conditions also they have sent me a same email of other name which I thought they are doing this with some other customers too and that shows very doggy to me now.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you play casino games or sports betting? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes, My Account is fully verified.


I started 10 bet sports book from 15th May 2024.


I Played Sports Betting.


Last time I spoke to them was on 16th June 2024 regarding deposit and winning amount which is still not done yet.


Suddenly they pause on my account from 3rd June and since then I cannot login into my account.
