I made a new account on yabby and deposited $55 with Bitcoin and I won over $2500. I went to make a withdrawal and I was being told to verify my identity. Then I received an email stating if I deposited with cryptocurrency then account verification was not needed. So I emailed yabbys support team and they tell me they can make anyone verify and nothing mattered. Okay, I don't mind verifying but before I was able to verify they came back and said I have 2 accounts so they're both restricted until I verify. The problem is that every time I click on the link to verify it tells me I have to login but I can't login because my account is restricted. They just kept resending me the same generic message telling me to click the link and that I don't have to be logged in to verify. I asked several times if I could simply send in pictures of my documents directly to whoever I was talking to but kept getting the same generic reply.

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with Yabby Casino. I have checked the casino's Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:

5.1 Opening a User Account
b. Each Player is allowed to have one User Account. Should the Casino establish that a Player has opened more than one User Account, the Casino reserves the right to close all Player's accounts while all possible winnings and bonuses would be considered annulled and void.

Do I understand correctly that you have two accounts at Yabby Casino? Has any of your accounts been verified?

When was the last time you communicated with customer support and what was it about?
