And now they ask me for some documents from the bank which I can not have them because the issue is managed by the security of the bank at the headquarters in Athens. they put them on me through Skrill and they do not put them on me.

The bank informed me that a remittance came in my name from the specific casino and that I needed to send them some documents if it came from a casino, so I sent them to them. casino has no license in Greece and so the money was returned to them. my casino sent the money but the bank blocked it. but now they ask me for a document that will prove that the money was returned to them because they say that they can not find them. and I ask dld if they enter their account transactions they will not see them? of course they have seen them but they do everything to steal them from me. the bank can not give me such a paper for simply not the has done it as a branch but the security of the bank in Athens.

Another way to prove that you did not receive the money would be to send the casino a full bank statement of all of the incomes and outcomes so they would definitely see that no such amount arrived from them. Can you get such a document?
I have sent it to them 100 times, not only 1. they have seen for themselves that I never received the money in my account because the bank simply did not allow it. My point is that while their bank returned it, they say that it did not They can see them. And I tell you again, if they enter the casino account transactions, they will see them well, even though they have just seen them, they are just kidding me. There is no guarantee that the casino will be able to use the same payment method to issue a withdrawal. Often times it becomes an issue but is not uncommon. If they informed you that they can't issue the withdrawal via Skrill, I would strongly consider the option they are suggesting.
Please note that before a withdrawal can be processed, casinos often require a deposit to be made using the payment method first, then they will be able to process your withdrawal. Make sure to ask the casino whether a deposit via bitcoin is required.

I encourage you to give the option to withdraw via Bitcoin a chance. Accepting your deposits via Skrill doesn't mean it will be automatically available for withdrawal as well.
